Tonight was Croissant French Toast and I made breakfast sausage to serve with it. This was so fast that I thought I must be forgetting something. It was also completely delicious.
The recipe called for eight croissants. I don't know if she is using mini croissants or what but four croissants was plenty. I maybe had enough egg mixture for a half a croissant. I cut some strawberries and warmed some maple syrup on the stove and it was perfect.
Today was grocery day and I have to work tonight so this was perfect to have time for a nap and get everything I needed to done while still getting dinner made.
