Tonight was Italian Meatloaf with Lemony Green Beans on the side. I was actually pretty surprised to like the meatloaf. I'm usually not a fan of meatloaf that has all the fillers but it really wasn't too bad. I will say that when it says cook another 20 - 30 minutes...go with the 30.
The green beans were my favorite part. Those were delicious!
All in all it was not a bad meal for a busy work night. I would use frozen green beans in that case, just so you don't have to mess with them.
