Chicken Taco Salad...

There's a few things you should know about me...I barely like cheese and certainly not on my salad, and I've never liked chicken in a salad. I barely like meat in a salad. Hell...I barely like salad.

That all said, this was delicious! There's so many flavors and they all blend together beautifully. The dressing is *chefs kiss*. A few things I did differently from the directions, there's no avocado. Both the husband and I aren't fans so I left it out. The other thing I did differently, after I took the chicken out and diced it, I just didn't love how it looked. I would rather have over done chicken than even a sight bit underdone  chicken. So I popped it back in the skillet that still had the remains of the oil. I let it cook for a bit, gave it a good stir a couple times and I'm so glad I did. That made the entire bite of chicken that beautiful golden brown and it was full of flavor. So I definitely recommend that!

This meal did not come without it's own set of mishaps. While doing dishes, I broke one of my favorite large mixing bowls, cut my finger, and had to repair a nail. I don't think I would know how to act if something wasn't going awry. 

Give this a shot, you wont be disappointed. Hopefully when you try it, you wont have the added complications, lol.
